Many rooms, one recap
A company event rarely happens in one place. There's the keynote, six breakouts, a team dinner across town and the hallway conversations that make the trip worth it. A photographer can cover the main stage, but not the whiteboard session in room four or the team that went kayaking on Thursday afternoon.
Event Camera gives every attendee a camera on the phone they already carry. They scan a QR code on their badge, the agenda or a sign by the door, and shoot a limited roll. Every shot comes to one gallery for your events team. You choose what goes into the album, and you're the one who shares it.
Why it works for internal events
- Nothing to install. The camera runs in the phone's browser on iPhone and Android, so there's no app store request and nothing for IT to approve.
- A limited roll keeps it focused. Set ten or twenty shots per person and people photograph what matters to them, not 400 near-identical stage shots.
- You see everything first. Shots arrive in your gallery during the event. Attendees can't see each other's photos. Only what you add to the album is shared, so nothing leaves the gallery unless you choose it.
- Short videos too. Allow clips of up to 60 seconds for team challenges, toasts and award moments, or turn video off.
- Your branding. Your company name, colour and logo appear on the camera and the album.
Where it fits
- Company off-sites, retreats and leadership summits
- All-hands meetings, sales kickoffs and award nights
- Conferences, trade-show booths and client summits
- Holiday parties and team-building days
- Recruiting events and campus hiring days
For multi-day programs, make one event per day or per activity. Each has its own QR code, time window and album, which keeps recaps tidy.
After the event
Pick the best shots, then email the album link to everyone who took part and to the invite list you add. People can view it and download what they like, and "Download all" gives your comms team the whole set in one zip for the recap deck, intranet post or next year's promo. Everything is kept for 90 days after the event ends.
Pricing
$2 per attendee, per event, paid by card at checkout or by emailed invoice. A 150-person off-site costs about $300. There's nothing to subscribe to and no minimum.
