Memory Rolls

Venues and nightlife

Give the room a camera, then post the night after

Bars, clubs, music venues, hotels and restaurants host events every week. Event Camera lets guests capture the night on a short roll, and you share the best of it the next day.

The night, from the floor

The best shots of a night out are taken from inside it: the crowd when the DJ drops the track everyone came for, the table singing happy birthday, the bartender's flourish. A house photographer catches some of it. Your guests are in all of it.

With Event Camera, guests scan a QR code at the bar, on the table tent or on the screen behind the stage. A camera opens in their browser with your venue's name, colour and logo. Each person gets a set number of shots. They can't review or delete them, which keeps the disposable-camera feel and keeps people in the moment instead of on their phones.

Made for recurring events

  • One event per night. Each night gets its own QR code, start and end time, and album. The camera only works during the hours you set.
  • Quick to join. First name and email, then straight to the camera. No app, no account.
  • Photos and short videos. Clips up to 60 seconds, or photos only.
  • Works with a weak signal. Shots are saved on the guest's phone and upload when the signal comes back, which matters in basements and packed rooms.
  • Your gallery, your call. Everything arrives in your gallery. Guests don't see each other's shots, and nothing is shared until you pick the shots and send the album.

Good fits

  • Club nights, DJ nights and promoter events
  • Concerts and music venues
  • Bars and lounges hosting birthdays and private hire
  • Restaurants: chef's tables, private dining and anniversaries
  • Hotels, resorts and casinos hosting guest events
  • Cruises, tours and group excursions

The next-day album

Pick the best shots in the morning and send the album to everyone who joined. A next-day album gives guests a reason to look back at the night, and "Download all" gives your team the curated set in one file. If you want to post guests' shots on your own channels, ask them first, for example with a line on the table tent.

Pricing

$2 per guest, per event. For private hire, the person hosting can set up the event and pay, or you can set the event to "guests pay" so each guest pays $2.50 when they join and your own seat is free.

Give every guest a camera
