A branded camera in every visitor's hand

Pop-ups, launches, sampling tours and fan zones. Visitors scan a QR code to open a camera in your brand's colours, shoot a few frames of the experience, and you get one curated gallery from the crowd.

Participation, not just a photo booth

A photo booth gives you one framed shot per group. Event Camera gives every visitor a short roll on their own phone and lets them shoot the experience the way they see it: the installation, the samples, the friends they came with. Because each person gets only a few shots, they compose them, and the results look like moments rather than content.

Visitors scan a QR code on signage, packaging or a wristband and the camera opens in their browser in your brand's name and colour, with your logo. There's no app to download, so the drop-off between "scan" and "first shot" is small.

Built for live activations

  • Set the window. The camera opens and closes at the times you set, so a weekend pop-up can run as one event or one per day.
  • Control the volume. Choose shots per person and the maximum number of participants. The camera stops when the roll is used up.
  • See it as it happens. Shots arrive in your gallery during the activation. Filter by participant or by photo and video.
  • Curate before anything is shared. Visitors can't see each other's shots. Only the shots you pick go into the album, and you decide whether to share it.
  • Short video. Allow clips of up to 60 seconds for demos and reactions, or keep it to stills.

Good fits

  • Pop-up shops, store openings and in-store displays
  • Product launches, press previews and creator events
  • Sampling tours, street teams and festival sponsorships
  • Fan zones, watch parties and stadium activations
  • Premieres and launch parties for film, music and games
  • Automotive launches and test-drive events

After the activation

Send the album to everyone who took part: each participant gives a first name and an email when they join, so they can receive it. "Download all" gives your team every curated shot as one zip for recaps and reporting.

Event Camera lets participants share their shots with you and with the album. If you'd like to use their photos in advertising or on your own channels, ask for that permission separately, for example in your activation's own terms.

Pricing
