You pay for seats

Each seat is priced by its place in the count, like tax brackets: each band of seats has its own rate, and you only pay the lower rates on the seats that fall into them. You count as one seat.

Set the event to guests pay and each guest pays $1.99 when they join, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your own seat is free and you choose the maximum number of guests. Good for clubs, chapters and parties where everyone chips in.

Want a few people to join free, such as the guest of honor or the band? Buy guest codes at $1 a seat and give them the code.

Every event includes

• A QR code and link: guests open the camera in their browser, or the App Clip on iPhone. Nothing to install.
• The number of shots per guest you choose, photos and videos up to 60 seconds.
• A private gallery where you pick the shots for the album, then send it to every guest in one go.
• Your name, colour and logo on the camera, the album and the emails.
• "Download all" for the album, and everything, as one file.
• Storage for 90 days after the event.

Questions

Do I count as a guest?

Yes. When you pay for seats, your own camera is seat 1, so a party of 50 guests plus you is 51 seats. When guests pay, your seat is free.

What if more people come than I planned?

Add seats from your event page at any time, even during the event. New seats are priced at the band they fall into, so adding 25 seats to a 100-person event costs $7.50, and buying in two goes costs the same as buying everything at once.

Can guests pay for themselves?

Yes. Set the event to "guests pay" and each guest pays $1.99 by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when they join. Your seat is free and you set the maximum number of guests. To let some people in free, buy guest codes at $1 a seat.

What's free?

The first 5 seats of every event you pay for, you included. An event for 5 people or fewer opens without paying anything, up to 3 free events a month per account. Bigger events only pay for seat 6 onwards. Once you've had 3 free events in a month, new events that month are paid from seat 1 (5 people is $5), and the free events come back on the 1st.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once per event. There's no monthly fee, no setup fee and no minimum.

How long are photos kept?

90 days after the event ends. Download the album, or everything, before then. We email you reminders before anything is deleted.

Can I get a refund for seats nobody used?

Seats aren't refunded once bought, so start with your expected headcount and add seats if you need them. Mistakes on our side are always refunded. Refund policy.
