One shared roll for formals, socials and alumni weekends

Formals, date parties, rush week, alumni weekends and club trips. Members shoot on their own phones, the chapter curates one album, and members can each pay their own way.

Everyone's photos, in one place

After a formal, the photos are spread across fifty camera rolls and three group chats. Half never get shared, and the chapter's social media chair spends a week asking people to send theirs.

With Event Camera, every member scans one QR code and gets a disposable camera on their own phone, with your chapter's or club's name and colour. Each person gets a set number of shots, and every shot lands in one gallery. Afterwards, the officers pick the best and send the album to everyone who came.

Made for student budgets

  • Members can pay their own way. Set the event to "guests pay" and each member pays $2.50 when they join, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The organizer's own seat is free, and you set the maximum number of people.
  • Or the chapter covers it. $2 per person, paid once by the organizer.
  • Free seats for officers or guests of honor. On a "guests pay" event you can buy free seats under a code (for example EXEC) and give it to the people you choose.
  • No app. It runs in the phone's browser on iPhone and Android.

Good fits

  • Formals, date parties and semi-formals
  • Recruitment events and bid days
  • Alumni weekends, homecoming and reunions
  • Club trips, retreats and away games
  • Graduation parties and senior send-offs
  • Campus events run by student life and admissions teams

Keeping it sensible

A short roll (ten shots or so) makes people choosy, so the album fills with real moments rather than blurry repeats. Members can't see each other's shots, and the album only includes the shots the organizers pick, so you decide what gets shared. The album is a private link that you can turn off at any time, and photos are kept for 90 days after the event.

Hosts must be 18 or older. Guests under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian and from the host.

Give every guest a camera
